4th on the Loop
The 4TH OF JULY PARADE! Thank you to the City of Sharonville for continuing the 4th of July parade on the Loop!! We will line up at 11:15 near the new Park Montessori School (formerly the VFW) on Sharon Road. Wear your SHARKS gear and RED, WHITE & BLUE! We will march, sing and chant while showing our pride in our team, city and our country! One of the highlights of the parade, especially for the younger attendees is the throwing of candy by parade participants. You may bring candy to pass out. NO rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards or scooters. Do not bring water cannons either. Parents are encouraged to march with their 7 and under kiddos. You may bring a wagon if you'd like. There is a prize for the best in the parade, The Mayor's Cup. Let's show our spirit and love of our team and WIN THAT PRIZE!! PLEASE PICK UP PARTICIPANT(S) PROMPTLY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PARADE. Pick up is back at Park Montessori School. Once you've collected your participant(s), stay and enjoy the festivities at the Loop! ALSO! We have been asked to run the food booth for the after party. Please see the sign up to donate soda pop, or chips AND/or Volunteer to work the booth. Thank you in advance for your generosity!! |

Norwood's pool is a yards pool. No "Pop-A-Records" will be made for this meet. Bring your own chair as spectator seating is limited. They have a (small) concession stand. Caps will be available at the meet. Helpful tips; bring sunscreen, extra towels, goggles, pajamas, things for your swimmer to do in between events: cards, coloring, favorite toy, snacks, and water. Label all your belongings, especially your suit & towel! |

WARM-UPS at 5:45. Meet begins at 6:30 unless otherwise communicated. Swim Team Pictures 5-5:45, Individuals and Team picture THEME NIGHT: SHARKS, SHARKS, SHARKS! At the conclusion of the meet we will have a Pizza Party! Concession Stand Donations: Families with the Last Name: A-Z: Please bring items for concession sales. Help kick off the concession stand by donating items. Homebaked goods and fresh fruit are the best sellers but pre-packaged snacks sell great too. Suggestions for items: frozen tubes of yogurt, squeezable pouches of applesauce, pop tarts, individual bag of chips, Little Debbies, Air Heads, non-chocolate candy, etc. When donating home baked goods or fresh cut-up fruit: please send in ready to sell, in zip baggies. Home baked items need to include the ingredients list. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!! |
