Awards Night Old Gym, 7 pm, with swimming following. Dress attire: please no jeans, dressy casual. Swimmers will receive their trophies/certificates, special awards from the coaches, and ribbons/medals from championships. Cake will be served following awards. Don't forget your swimsuits! Parents, now's your chance to race your kids! Get your relay team together for races against the coaches and the swimmers. This is the BEST night of the season!! TURN IN YOUR SHARK-A-THON MONEY BY 7/14 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR TOP PRIZES! Congratulations to ALL our JAW-some swimmers!! |

FAMILY PASTA PARTY! Plan to arrive at 1:00. Parents are welcome to stay and eat as well as help serve, facilitate the poster making, applying tattoos and clean-up. The event will end at 3:00. Metabolically, carbs are GOOD for the body and gives our swimmers the much needed, stored energy for the two-day Championships. This will be a pasta party with a twist. We will sign up to bring a pot-luck pasta dish, salad/fruit, bread or dessert. Drinks will be provided. We will make our traditional posters, paint fingernails, NEW THIS YEAR--Paint the windows of our cars and a lot of team bonding and get HYPED-UP for Champs! SIGN UP TO BRING SOMETHING AND TO HELP. Thank you Anna Ehlerding and (OPEN Co-Chair spot) for chairing this event!! DON'T FORGET TO TURN IN YOUR SHARK-A-THON MONEY!! We desperately need to replace our laptops and accessories. These are the computers we use for making our team line-ups. Please help, if you can!! Thank you! LET'S GO SHARKS!!! |

4th on the Loop
The 4TH OF JULY PARADE! Thank you to the City of Sharonville for continuing the 4th of July parade on the Loop!! We will line up at 11:15 near the new Park Montessori School (formerly the VFW) on Sharon Road. Wear your SHARKS gear and RED, WHITE & BLUE! We will march, sing and chant while showing our pride in our team, city and our country! One of the highlights of the parade, especially for the younger attendees is the throwing of candy by parade participants. You may bring candy to pass out. NO rollerskates, rollerblades, skateboards or scooters. Do not bring water cannons either. Parents are encouraged to march with their 7 and under kiddos. You may bring a wagon if you'd like. There is a prize for the best in the parade, The Mayor's Cup. Let's show our spirit and love of our team and WIN THAT PRIZE!! PLEASE PICK UP PARTICIPANT(S) PROMPTLY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PARADE. Pick up is back at Park Montessori School. Once you've collected your participant(s), stay and enjoy the festivities at the Loop! ALSO! We have been asked to run the food booth for the after party. Please see the sign up to donate soda pop, or chips AND/or Volunteer to work the booth. Thank you in advance for your generosity!! |
